Citigroup has priced a $461.2 million CLO for 3i Debt Management U.S., according to sources.
Terms of the transaction are as follows:
This is first CLO to price under the newly created 3i Debt Management U.S. platform, which was established earlier this year through an alliance between 3i Group and WCAS Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (For more details on that transaction, see ?3i allies with Fraser Sullivan to establish U.S. presence,? The 12-year deal has a four-year reinvestment period, sources noted. ? Kerry Kantin
