YOU COULD be forgiven for thinking that we have a festival every month in Kilkenny and I reckon if you dig deep enough, you could be right.
2012 was a great year for festivals locally with new festivals like the International Gospel Choir Festival and the Subtitle opening their doors for the first time.
In 2013, the Kilkenny Arts Festival turns 40, the Cat Laughs approaches 20, the Roots festival will rip up the May Bank Holiday and the Savour will see us eat out way around Kilkenny in October.
With so many festivals going on, we?ve opened a new festivals section that has the key information on each of the festivals taking place locally ? separate of course to the actual festival listings.
